Visit Mongolia is a B2B travel concierge service that connects international businesses with Mongolia's finest travel companies. We provide:
- Free connection and facilitation services
- Access to our curated network of travel partners in Mongolia
- Assistance with corporate retreats, video production, executive travel, and luxury experiences
Our services are completely free to clients. We are supported through partnerships with travel companies, not by charging clients.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use the Website and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems

6. Third-Party Services
Visit Mongolia acts as a connector between you and travel partners in Mongolia. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by our travel partners
- The accuracy of information provided by travel partners
- Any disputes between you and travel partners
- Any travel arrangements, bookings, or transactions made directly with travel partners
Any agreements or transactions are between you and the travel partners, not with Visit Mongolia.
7. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Visit Mongolia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Visit Mongolia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
